Taittinger Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier (60%). The grapes come from 35 different vineyards, and the vintages have matured to perfection. The high proportion of Chardonnay is unique among non-vintage champagnes. With a minimum of three years of aging in the cellars, it reaches a peak of aromatic maturity.
