3.1 Champagne Orders

3.2 Art & Sculpture Orders

Shipping and pickup are arranged directly by Kuzco Art Maison

Delivery costs are not shown at checkout and will depend on location, item size, and courier choice

Kuzco will contact you directly after order confirmation to finalise delivery or pickup
3.3 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

For both champagne and art purchases, the relevant fulfilment partner (VinVin or Kuzco) will handle all withdrawal, return, and refund requests. La Maison will forward any such requests to the appropriate vendor but does not process returns directly.
3.4 Return Conditions & Damage Claims
All returns and damage claims are subject to the return policy of the fulfilment partner responsible for shipping the item.

VinVin (Champagne): Opened bottles cannot be returned. Return requests must be made directly through La Maison and will be forwarded to VinVin. Proof of damage must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

Kuzco (Art): Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are typically the responsibility of the customer.
La Maison is not liable for return eligibility, refund timelines, or shipment damage. These matters are handled by the applicable fulfilment partner.
